World Lacrosse will be hosting Coaching 6v6, a complimentary clinic offering best practice and coaching techniques for introducing 6v6 concepts to athletes.
The clinic will be led by graduates of World Lacrosse’s Coach Development Academy and will introduce the 6v6 rules and gameplay. There will be a 45-minute classroom session followed by a 1-hour field session. All clinic activities will be held on-site at Northeast Regional Park in Davenport, FL. Coaches and club directors interested in attending must complete the registration form (below) prior to May 9. Space is limited.
This clinic will be held in partnership with Halo LAX at the 6onLAX GO FOR THE GOLD tournament May 15-16 at Northeast Regional Park.
6onLAX is the first of its kind 6-on-6 team lacrosse competition designed to reduce the number of players needed to form a team and compete. Games are fast-paced and exciting requiring a blend of individual skills and teamwork. Sanctioned by US Lacrosse, 6onLAX brings an innovative approach to lacrosse games and competition with smaller fields and smaller teams that allow players to develop better skill development and optimum ball-handling.
